Chib
Moco
Fat Cat

Chib is the project of one Yukiko Chiba. She has put together sounds and sculpted them into an intimate, sparse record. "Chips" is a dreamy tune with the sound of someone's footsteps forming the frame. "S" has a music box melody running through intricate tendrils of sound. "Kimuchi" is awash with distant voices and odd samples. It effectively creates a sense of unease. "Hon" is a more playful, yet still sophisticated tune.

Yukiko Chiba's talent is her ability to create fresh new spins on old methods of making music. Moco is an appealingly understated, emotive record.
