Mostly Autumn
The Last Bright Light
Cyclops Records

Mostly Autumn is an eight piece band from York, UK that plays powerful atmospheric rock with a Celtic edge, influenced by Pink Floyd, Deep Purple and Genesis, and reminiscent of 70's Fleetwood Mac and Fairport Convention.

Their music is exceptionally melodic, involving and flowing like a spring brook but, as the name implies, on the melancholic side of life. Elegant moments expand into danceable waves of progressive rock sounds and then fold into intimate acoustic passages that are full of grace and space. A natural flow of positive energy in a mantle of of flute, low and penny whistles, violins, vocal harmonies and keyboards, two guitarists, bass and drums! Mostly Autumn: a memorable experience.
