A couple of years ago I received a CD from an unknown, alternative-folk, Virginia group that had just released their initial recording. I had written then that this is a group "that is singularly exciting, dynamically-vigorous and eloquently powerful, unadulterated acoustic rock. This is a group to watch because they will be orbiting the stratosphere of fame and glory very soon".

Well they are not that famous yet (contrary to my predictions) but their newest release Click confirms my expectations and likes. Jane Gabrielle & Company deliver a performance that is as magnificent as the ones delivered by Melissa Etheridge or the Indigo Girls (only a bit better with more raw sexual appeal, more intricate lines and an underlying humour that is pure joy). Babes.. You still turn me ON ! Wow!
