Lace & Whiskey
Running Out Of Time
Self-released

Lace and Whiskey play good old-fashioned rock and roll with gusto on their new album. Andy Hodgson fronts the band and has a very expressive voice.

"I'm here for you" is a softer song with an honest intent that the band plays with an impressive dedication. The title song is quiet and anthem with a good message of seizing the day. Guitarist Melissa Collett plays with great skill throughout, and Hodgson delivers a blistering vocal. "What is love?" is a sixties-flavored rock song that recalls what the Stones were doing back then. It sounds utterly brilliant. "Don't ask questions" is a ballad that they handle well. It's a brilliant album.
