Jeannine Hebb
Whileaway
Self-released

Jeannine Hebb follows an impressive EP with an equally great debut album. Opener "Call him out" is hummable and cute, Hebb's lovely vocals circling round nicely. "Tell me no" is a sensitive piano ballad that shows off Hebb's vocals wonderfully. She vaguely recalls Sarah McLachlan here and it's a great fit.

"These days" is gorgeous song that makes the tune fit the mood well. Her harmonies are stellar here. The closing "Make it right" sees her at her most expressive, making a relationship ballad at its best. The promise of her EP is fulfilled and then some. She's off to a great start and should deliver more great music in the future.
