Sarah Elizabeth Foster's debut EP is s striking recording that sees the young singer deliver some great songs.

"Wake Up" opens the proceedings with a cool vocal set to a simple yet effective melody. She recalls early Fiona Apple here. The title song is a jazzy tune with a moving, metaphor-rich lyric. Foster's really got something cool here. "Be My Friend Always" has a memorable tune and an utterly gorgeous vocal. She's made a strong start and I look forward to hearing more from her.
