Adriana Kaegi was involved with Kid Creole and the Coconuts, as "Mama Coconut" designing the costumes and handling the choreography. Her debut solo album is less bubbly and was described by the singer as 'upscale downtempo music for the recently unemployed'.

"When The Money Runs Out" sees Kaegi's vocal being sultry against a trip hoppy backing. "Is it Love?" is vampy and has a sweet lead vocal. It's a modern day Astrud Gilberto song, with plenty of sass and spirit. "Blue Blooded Blues" is a humorous look at the world with a suitably punchy backing. Kaegi's vocal is impeccable as ever and the result is stunning.

"Oh la la" is a cool number with a lovely vocal. This album's been a long time coming, but it's been worth the wait.
