Peggy Judy
Live at the M Bar
self-released

Old-fashioned diva Peggy Judy makes a live recording of a lively show of standards and is accompanied by some fine musicians. Before long you'll be transported to the sixties Rat Pack era as Peggy's ex Kevin Kennard takes the mic. Judy belts out "Everything's Coming up Roses" like a real trooper. She turns in renditions of "Route 66" and "Diamonds Are Forever" with gusto and verve.

She makes funny interludes and treats her adoring fans to a Cher medley. Yes she would. If you'd like a whiff of old Hollywood glamour and silliness this is just the ticket. Seeing it live would be a treat. Ms. Judy might be a creation of Molly Brandenburg's fertile mind, but don't let that affect you.
